These terms apply to all relationships between the provider of BANGO and its users regarding the use of the mobile app and related web pages.

If any app store or third-party service used to distribute the app has separate rules, users must also comply with those conditions.

BANGO is a mobile app for lightweight dinner planning, pantry status tracking, and keeping a simple weekly recipe anchor.

The app is provided on the assumption that data is stored locally on the device, and it does not assume account-based authentication or sync between devices.

Advertisements may be displayed in the app.

Users are responsible, at their own cost, for preparing the device, network environment, app store access, and any other conditions needed to use the app.

Locally stored data may be lost due to device failure, device replacement, app deletion, reinstallation, or similar events.

Users must not engage in any of the following when using the app.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the app and related web pages belong to the developer or the rightful owners.

The developer does not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific purpose.

Meal information, notes, pantry states, and any other content are managed and used at the user's own discretion, and the developer does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the developer, the developer will not be liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

The developer may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the app when necessary for maintenance, issue response, specification changes, or other operational reasons.

The developer may revise these terms when necessary. Revised terms will be announced on this web page, in the app, or by another appropriate method.

The revised terms take effect when a user continues using the app after the announcement, or from any separately specified effective date.
